Staging preview
PokeShop.it is currently a demonstration environment. It does not accept live purchases or collect live payment from customers.
Methods and total
Only payment methods actually available for the order will appear in checkout. Before an order is placed, checkout will show the total due, including applicable taxes, selected shipping charge and unavoidable costs.
We do not charge a customer a surcharge, handling fee or other differently named charge because the customer chooses a particular payment method. Cryptocurrency payments are not available.
Payment processing
When a live payment provider is enabled, the payment page will identify that provider and its own terms and privacy information. PokeShop.it does not ask customers to send payment-card details, provider passwords, recovery codes or one-time authentication codes by email, phone or support ticket.
A payment is treated as completed only after the provider result is verified against the expected order, amount, currency and payment reference. A pending or failed result does not make an order paid or ready for dispatch.
Refunds and withdrawal
A support or refund request is not an automatic refund. Consumer withdrawal, refunds and remedies for non-conforming goods follow the final terms, the law and the implemented payment process.
The dedicated withdrawal function is available from the footer. It records the declaration, makes a receipt with its content and transmission date and time available to download, and handles the acknowledgement email separately from any refund operation.
