Staging preview

PokeShop.it is currently a staging preview operated by InCloud S.r.l. The catalogue uses demonstration content and the shop does not accept live purchases. This page explains the conditions intended for launch; it does not activate a sale or replace mandatory consumer rights.

Seller and scope

The intended terms apply to consumer purchases. Any business purchase requires separate terms. Nothing on this page limits rights that consumer law does not allow a seller to exclude.

Products, availability and prices

Product pages are intended to show the product characteristics, condition, language where available, price, VAT information, availability or pre-order status, and dispatch information. Images may be illustrative where stated. Supplier availability is not the same as owned stock.

Before an order is placed, checkout is intended to show the products, quantities, total price, applicable taxes, selected shipping charge and other unavoidable charges. A price reduction must use a lawful reference price.

Orders and payment

At launch, checkout must clearly identify the step that creates an obligation to pay and the event that forms the contract. An order-receipt message or provider authorisation is not described as acceptance unless the implemented purchase flow expressly makes it so.

Only methods shown in checkout will be available. The price shown before payment includes applicable taxes and unavoidable charges. We do not add a customer fee because a particular payment method is selected. Cryptocurrency payments are not available.

Delivery and pre-orders

Available shipping options, charges and delivery estimates will be shown before payment. One shipping charge applies only where the selected method is compatible with every item in the cart.

For stocked goods, PokeShop.it intends to hand over the order to the carrier within 24 business hours after confirmed payment and provide tracking within 48 business hours. These are service targets, not guaranteed delivery dates. The product-specific dispatch estimate, including the current 1–2 business-day estimate where shown, and pre-order information take priority.

The planned carrier network includes GLS, BRT and SDA/Poste. The carrier and service actually available for an order are shown before purchase. Pre-orders and exceptional delays have their own information; expected release dates may change.

For a consumer order shipped through a carrier offered by us, we remain responsible for loss or damage until the goods are received by you or a recipient you nominated. A photo, packaging or an unboxing video can assist an investigation but is not a condition for statutory remedies.

Withdrawal and legal guarantee

Unless a statutory exception applies, consumers normally have 14 days after delivery to withdraw from a distance-sale contract without giving a reason. A clear declaration sent before the deadline is sufficient; a return instruction or operator approval cannot invalidate a timely withdrawal.

The dedicated withdrawal function is available from the footer. It lets an account holder select an order, review the declaration and submit it with a clear confirmation. On submission, PokeShop.it records the notice and makes a receipt with its exact content and transmission date and time available to download. An acknowledgement email is sent when available; a queued or failed email does not affect the recorded receipt.

The statutory model withdrawal form, confirmed returns address and final return instructions remain launch items and will be published before live sales.

Opening collectible or TCG packaging does not automatically remove the withdrawal right. Goods should be handled only as necessary to inspect them; any lawful reduction for handling beyond that must reflect an actual diminished value.

Withdrawal is separate from the legal guarantee of conformity for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods. Product notes and return information cannot remove mandatory remedies.
