PokeShop.it does not accept live purchases in this staging preview. Shipping services, returns operations and carrier integrations are being prepared for launch.

Dispatch and tracking targets

For stocked goods, PokeShop.it intends to hand the order to the carrier within 24 business hours after confirmed payment and provide tracking within 48 business hours. These are intended service targets, not guaranteed delivery dates.

The product page controls the applicable dispatch estimate. Where a product shows 1–2 business days, that is the preparation estimate; dispatch means handover to the carrier, not delivery to your address. Pre-orders, release changes, holidays and notified closures can require different timing.

Carriers and charges

The planned carrier network includes GLS, BRT and SDA/Poste. The carrier service, delivery area, shipping charge and delivery estimate actually available for an order will be shown before payment. One shipping charge applies only where one method is compatible with every item in the cart.

Tracking depends on carrier scans and may update after label creation. Carrier links do not mean that live carrier polling or delivery notifications are active.

Delivery responsibility

For a consumer order shipped through a carrier offered by us, PokeShop.it remains responsible for loss or damage until you or a recipient you nominated receives the goods. Optional transport insurance cannot replace this statutory protection.

If possible, keep the packaging and useful photos and report an issue promptly so we can investigate. An unboxing video or a fixed report deadline is not a condition for statutory remedies.

Withdrawal and non-conformity

Unless a statutory exception applies, consumers normally have 14 days after delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. Direct return costs may be borne by the customer only where disclosed before purchase. Return instructions cannot make a timely withdrawal conditional on our approval.

The dedicated withdrawal function is available from the footer. It records the declaration after a clear confirmation, makes a receipt with its content and transmission date and time available to download, and handles the acknowledgement email separately from any refund operation. Opening collectible or TCG packaging does not automatically remove withdrawal rights.

A change-of-mind withdrawal is different from a fault, damage or product that does not match its description. Mandatory legal-guarantee remedies remain available and are not limited to claims against the carrier.
